How can we help you?

Inviva offers professional advisors a referral fee for introductions that result in a settled loan.

Referral arrangements‍

To participate in our referral program, you must first sign our referral services agreement. Just call or email us and we'll onboard you.

Thereafter, the referral process is quick and easy:

You email us an Inviva client referral form (including your client’s name, contact details, security property address, and client’s signed consent).
If the customer has not started the application process when we receive the referral form, our Customer Care Team will contact the client directly to start the process. All subsequent communication is conducted by Inviva directly with the customer.
Inviva pays you a referral fee shortly after the loan settles.
